从小爱看书，那时候没有有名的作家敢写当时的事情，所以看得比较多的，都是历史故事，比如说上下五千年，不知道看过了多少遍。那时候对历史的印象，就是远古时代的事情，与今天毫不相干。如果能有所总结的话，那就是三十年河西三十年河东，虽有无数英雄人物惊天地泣鬼神，但都是昙花一现，转眼淹没在历史大大潮之中，再也无影无踪。
后来长大了变老了，虽然不情愿，也成了这着社会的一分子，人生也迈入了历史，阴晴冷暖都体会在自身，仿佛汪洋中的小船，无奈之中也领会了波涛的汹涌。
再后来就来到了美国，虽然少了许多热闹，但是当初之所以下定决心，也是为了看看另外的风景。说到风景，印象最深的就是当年在研究所里听到从国外进修回来的老师讲过的国外生活场景，其中之一就是他们有一天想到郊外踏青看风景，没想到路上每隔几分钟就会有车子停下来，表示愿意载他们一程，以至于郊游变成了交友，当时讲的和听的，都是满心的羡慕和温馨。
来到美国以后，确实感受到了一些不同，但已经寥寥不及前辈描述的那些场景。后来经历了一系列重大的事情，向往中的美国已经成了泡影。印象最深的历史时刻就是当年的911，当时在学校的计算机房里，机房管理员所在的角落，屋顶有一台挺大的电视，忽然发现好多人围着看，远远看见屏幕上一栋大楼在燃烧，浓烟滚滚，过了一会又有一架飞机撞到了第二栋大楼，此时才感到不妙。
在那以后的任何变化就仿佛有了借口，生活中很多的方便和自然甚至可以说是温馨都化成了乌有。现在请陌生人搭车肯定会把人吓跑，在机场脱鞋解裤带也成常态，诸如此类，多少感慨！
紧接着政治正确的大潮也跟着汹涌而来。端的是风云变幻，演绎莫测，而且肯定会一发而不可收拾。据枪手暗自体会，所谓政治正确的定义应当是，把一切天理允许的，自然发生的，祖宗遗传的，大众认可的，日常习惯的，良心发现的，通通禁止，再反过来倒行逆施，最后还要竭力诋毁攻击破坏和自己不同道德价值观的传统行为。大致就算做到了政治正确，或者说是伤天害理。在荒唐之上，政治正确又好像温水煮青蛙，老百姓的生活日常逐渐被侵蚀直道败坏。
据说在严重的地区，随便称呼别人先生小姐都有可能涉嫌歧视，说一声圣诞快乐也有可能冒犯法律。总而言之一句话，知识越多就越难理解，年纪越大就越难适应。
也许枪手也太老了，所以这次美国总统选举就在思想上栽了一个大跟头。刚开始的时候看到两个人的政策对比，演说效果，心里认定几乎没有悬念。后来又仿佛从天上砸下来一块硬盘，也可能枪手还没有真的太老，竟然去看了一些里面的内容，怎么说呢？更加认定选举结果会是大厦将倾，甚至可能出现里根卡特式的风景。枪手不了解当年的情况，这里绝对没有暗示卡特也在别人手中有什么把柄。记得当时还和朋友们开玩笑，说如果硬盘晚出现一个月，英特纳雄内尔也许真的会人间降临。
选举的当晚几乎没有离开电脑，一边工作一边等待各州开票的结果，结果就是到后来大失所望，甚至惊慌失措。其实以枪手的身份，根本就应该某部关心，而现在的胆战心惊，只是因为从来也没有想到自己的判断，距离现实已经如此之远！至于第二天早上看到几个摇摆州的反转，不过只是苦笑，再也没有热情。
以前读小说看历史，总会为强盛王国的崩溃而叹息，所以自然为这次的总统选举加上了不少个人的期许。眼前事实如此，还能有什么言语？
美国第二任总统亚当斯说过一句名言：”我们的政府不具备能力去对付不受伦理和宗教约束的人类情感，我们的宪法只是为有道德和宗教信仰的民族制定的，它远远不足以管理任何其他民族。此宪法只适合于有道德与信仰的人民。”
流浪枪手曾经在短剧中揭露过一句不名言：”学校里的学生要按人口平均录取，监狱里面的犯人也要遵循同样的比例，只有这样才能真正体现公平！”
以前喜欢开玩笑，说什么”美国文化大革命”，说什么”这届人民不大行”，现在回想起来，心里抖然惊悚！
不多说了，看看选举的地图，特别是看看所有地方的政治倾向，马上就能看出现在决定美国命运的，都是些什么样的美国人民？对了，今年的统计还没有出来，这里是上一届的结果。可能颜色多寡也写变化，可也不会差太多。
最终的结果可能还有经历一番打拼，有没有作弊能不能发现都是后话，但那已经不是枪手叹息的原因，惊讶的是选情竟然是如此接近。所谓一方水土一方人民，如果就这是民主选出来的总统，美国也就无话可说，只能顺其自然。可能人家还会说，要你操什么隔壁闲心
旁观者的瓜已经吃的差不多了，长了不少的见识，更亲身经历了历史。
